Ready to stop gym hopping? Can't take one more "diet"? Tired of being sick and tired? This might be the place for you. We can offer you a sustainable lifelong solution to health and I guarantee you there isn’t another gym out there offering you this chance. Don’t bother to start if you’re not willing to change. And change is not made in the gym alone.

What it is This is a program that impacts every part of your life. You will work hard, but our priority is for you to learn. Learn how to move properly using your body weight, kettle bells and everyday objects. Undo the ravages of the "desk jockey" lifestyle and correct bad movement patterns. Learn to move the way your body was intended to move. Learn to fuel for your training. Learn how to rest and recover for optimal performance in the gym and GET BETTER AT LIFE.

What it's not The Foundations program is NOT a bootcamp. No one is promising "6 weeks to new you." And you should be wary of anyone that is! You are building a foundation of movement technique which you MUST have in order to become strong, stay injury free and become your own Superhero!

Why it works People that get results from a gym membership do so because they have or are given a program. And they stick with the program. You can join some gyms for very little financial investment and wander through the equipment, do a little of this and a little of that, try to figure out the best exercises and end up on the dreaded treadmill for half an hour because you don’t really know what else to do. OR you can walk in every day with a solid program already laid out for you. No thinking or researching required. Having a plan gets results. I have a plan to get you healthy and strong! You will also receive information on real nutrition, no "diet plans" here. You will be offered resources to help get you started, meal plans, recipes and life altering information to help you reclaim your health through food and lifestyle. We even teach you how to shop for food!
